Having said that, yes cash is king. The sooner the loan is reduced to zero, then AGO will not only have $80M of cash reserves, it will also save $10M p/a in financing costs. Lets hope there is stability in the iron ore price for the next 6 months so we can achieve this goal.

I agree with you. Most important AGO can keep producing profit and keep the debt low.

At this current environment , IO price will be hardly predict which way to go. Therefore defends strategy is apply. As long as cash level is higher than debt. We are safe and everyone is prosper! Then all kind of venture and proposal can be talk on the table.
