Oyu Tolgoi Copper / Gold 5 billion US and climbing with power station required.
Darwin LNG 50 billion AUD not completed.
Name me a large billion dollar commercial development in the world that is getting better than 15%.
Real estate developers would love 15% year on year returns. Also don’t forget only small credits for Scandium were used about 10% if I recall. There is the third element in this game.
