No it was supposed to be completed in June but it was obviously delayed.
Vintage must be looking at a different document as I cannot find where the ‘whichever comes first’ clause is, it’s definitely not in the one page document ‘results of the egm’ and cannot pinpoint it in the egm presentation.
Can you please screen shot it vintage?
