Here are just a few of the reasons I think you are wrong.
Cop is non binding on any of the participants. After it is over it is up to individual participant to enact as much as they want in their countries. This takes time and is usually at a lower level. Look up cop20 -27 and show me how much has actually been implemented in US or any other major country. Even if some Carbon tax was implemented how long would it take to actually become law and then it would probably be a phase in over multiple years.
What have you predicted recently that was suppose to send stock up that actually has.
Biden XI meetings. AGM. first feed to KAL. JMO SP will be lower in March than to day. cause low profits revenue and profits. you can calculate this right now with a high degree of certainty.
