I'm picturing that rare earth prices need to stay in $60kg range because even at these prices companies are struggling . The prices of two years ago are a thing of the past IMO and higher output from any rare earth processing is a must for revenue and profit. Not higher prices. Wind turbines alone need huge kgs of rare earths each. The manufacturers don't want to pay huge $$$ per kg too. Of course manufacturers of turbines have many other costs too. I think ndpr prices returning to even $100us kg, or near ,will damage the renewable industry advancement. We are all monitoring RE oxide prices. Amanda mentioned pricing was at unacceptable lows. Im not sure what the happy median is. Is China also keeping ndpr prices low to keep the renewable momentum going. Just my take.
