I agree Acid will not be a problem. They may pay a little more but I sincerely doubt that will increase COP even 1%. It is the entire picture.
Read 2019 plan KAL was suppose to meet all the needs for Lamp, Texas and future expansion all by itself without Lamp C&L Now it can not even do the concentrate for 8Kt of NdPr. JMO not only did the schedule and budget increase dramatically but I think the Cost of Product increased because all areas, Labor, Energy, Supplies and Water increased. this is why Lynas ignored lamp restriction for nearly 2 years. Only when KAL and its reduced capacity cost became clear to them. did they make a major effort to keep LAMP C&L open.
