I do not understand price. Back in June I predicted a trading range of 450 ~ 550 RMB WV We never went above 550 but we have crashed through 450 RMB. Prices were flat for 5 weeks end of January thru Feb. Then after Chinese new year they crashed. I will agree This is possibly a bottom. Based on pass action and the fact that prices have to rise to at least 650 ~ 750 RMB for NdPr for Lynas to have a SP of $7.00 at a PE of 20 I will just wait and see.
