Thanks Pennie. the last paragraph is the most relevant and State St having huge portfolio of shares allows them to milk LYC stocks infinitum. Institutional investment seems to only increase on volatility to milk the retail and individual holders . A nasty game. Seems like it may pay to stay away from companies with similar Institutional, retail, individual holdings ratios.
