So many on this board have price or date targets. I to think that things should happen in the future that will cause me to buy or sell. The key is to record, for me it has to be written or I tend to change with time, Then constantly reevaluate with news and events. About two years ago I said I would buy in the low $8.xx range or high $7.XX range we have been below that several times, I have not bought! I changed my price. Why? first and biggest factor is REE prices fell far more than I ever expected. Second Lynas inability to complete large projects any where close to on time. Texas was suppose to be done 9 months ago it has not started! Will they start before a year after completion date? Every thing is going way over budget. All 4 projects were suppose to cost AU$500M, KAL alone is over 700M. We have no cost on other projects.

Still think the market Will support Lynas nicely and it will be a good investment, but they have lost the opportunity to be the dominate REE suplier in the free world with this mismanagement. In percent terms their output has shrunk compared to China Just my guess I will buy MP before Lynas but I want to hold both when the news supports it. I will buy Lynas first if conditions supports it. Watching conditions is the most important factor in buy sell decision! Price and time should not be unless you have Insite into the future.
