Appears a nice soft entry to the critical mineral export bans. As they add more to the list it will certainly add weight for detachment from future Chinese pricing controls. Therefore creating far greater opportunity at negotiating table for fair value for all stakeholders.
Will PrNd be added at some stage? Chinese focus is on downstream magnet supply/control for as long as possible - providing more PrNd for export for others global players to increase or develop magnet processing could appear to hinder their downstream magnet global supply chain strategy.
Anyway wait with anticipation of more additions to the export bans.
