Brings back memories dttk to Expo Brisbane 1988. Malaysian pavillion had a Proton on a turntable on display which we had to lift off when the expo finished after the Brian Ferry concert. Utter garbage of a car in finish and detail. I am glad Geely are a better product . Shame Volvo had to get involved with them though. They were an icon for the Swedes and I wonder if Proton has any influence on Volvo cars today indirectly. Can anyone tell me what automaker is using significant quantaties of Lynas RE products. Im only ever hearing what cars use Chinese RE.
