Depending on your point of view this could be very good or very bad observations. REMX has set a new one year low. Mp is not setting at new lows but it is down to 17.00 which is 50 % below its March highs. Lynas is only down 34% from its march highs.
You can look at this two ways, First is Lynas is more robust and will continue to do better than other companies in this area. Or they just have not been caught up yet and when it happens, they have further to fall. Choice is yours. I would do some research and thinking before deciding. Maybe wait for Q1 release and CC.
