What I am saying with wehawken post clearly shows and we all clearly know - control of all processes gives control over pricing. Until more assistance provided as seen with Japan long ago and US recently with Lynas - to increase more diverse supply and remove some of Beijing's control - to establish different pricing mechanism as Iluka are endeavoring - the same situation will continue. It will happen but it is taking an extremely long time. ROW known predicament since Japan ban - talked a great deal but did nothing - left it to Lynas to deal with extreme challenges and extreme capital.
