Trye it is amazing how dictators can do things so much faster than Democracies. Don't think it has anything to do with environment or they would not still be building new coal plants with 50- 70 year life spans. Probably just see this as an opportunity to dominate the fastest growing section of the auto market.
i believe these made in China vehicles totally displaced foreign ones. Hard to know if this is what the people want or if the government with rebates and lower prices is moving their population that way. Just need to wait a few years and see what happens.
