Trouble is to be listed on OTC the SP in US takes SP to be over US$5.00 for 6 months then they have to apply. it was over US$ 5 for well over a year and Lynas did nothing. Most likely explanation is it is a lot more work. Lynas has to do Q Reports compliant with US rules and they are not now. AR would need to be compliant with US rules. Both AU and US reports would need separate Audits. So basically, this means two sets of books which is expensive.
It is not only accounting books it is many other regulations as well.
