Could non cash earnings be something like the following: * Growing stockpile that hasn't been sold? * Building assets like fixed plant that are not being depreciated because they haven't been used yet? * Increasing resources still in the ground? * Provisionally priced sales on a quoted value of goods sold outside of contract that rise in value before the transaction?
Some ideas off the top of my head. Decided to phrase it as a question because I am not sure.
