whilst projections are at 2028 to 2030 for RE markets to improve I am struggling to risk waiting for these times at my age without an income return at my age. Lynas may be becoming a younger mans game where one has time to wait. .My position now is a rethink and I may need to seek dividend paying shares today. With the world and economies going poorly Im not confident of ndpr increasing enough for Lynas to diverse funds from projects to dividends. Its fantastic Lynas keeps the momentum going with upgrades infrastructure to outlive all the wannabes but for me the goal posts appear to be moving away further. We all are at different times in our lives and we all need different strategies. Im concerned Kerebrad and I may need to reposition myself soon. Shame, but I dont want to invest on hope without income now. Inflation is kicking in now. GLTASH.
