Lets put this in perspective she has 65K direct shares so this was about 13 X direct holdings. she has just over 3M total shares Direct and Indirect so about 1/3 of total. Looking at dates probably about Au$7.00 for price. This says to me AL has a strong Sell not a hold or buy and expects price to drop further with AR. she has clearly given all the details about H1 production And it is easy to see NdPrO price. Not hard to know that SAR will be RED And unless NdPrO jumps a couple 100 RMB with Vat in next 3 months AR will be RED as well. Not magic or a crystal ball just multiplication (volume X Price), and looking a year or two back and seeing what happened.


I do not know AU insider trading laws but in US executives can not trade 30 days before end of Q till 48 hours after the results are announced. In this case it would be SAR in Febuary not Q report. She must believe price will be lower then. JMO she is correct it will be lower.

Volume and what will it be with shut down.

Price Because of book to bill delay we already know what it is for all of Q2 and part of Q3. Do you think it will jump enough to have Q4 overcome 3 Qs of very bad Results?



Believe what you want it is your right. I think what results for SAR and AR are not all that hard to figure out from these to charts. Go back to 2018 and 2019 and look at what Lynas promised for next output. i will agree there have been problems but after a; this time would not some planning for unexpected be called for.
