The low India figure surprised me. If this customer list is indicative of where world manufacturing lies the Europeans directly are not a market to concern ourselves with. Could China having so much supply be indirectly onsellng our product to the Europeans as countries did with our Australian coal to China during the coal bans. Hence their manipulation of RE prices. Some thing has to be going on since we are the 2nd biggest RE producer and they have to be getting it from somewhere. Remembering, the Europeans would be demanding very high grade which Lynas provides as compared to China. But they show up in the customer listing in low volumes.
