Lynas has done great In Spite Of those setbacks, so no need for excuses, these are just the truth of what the company has had to contend with.
And if governments want to hand out money, of course she will put her hand out. If they don't, fine. PLS on the other hand seems to be upset about not getting a handout, according to the article here courtesy of RVR.
