Could you help me to understand why you think you should stay in game when SP will likely fall substantially in next 18 months. i am not saying abandoned Lynas. Just get out Put the money in something else Even bounds are now paying 6 % and when future looks good Get back in. You will be able to buy more shares then you sold with the money. The stock price may not fall much father, We can never know. Investing is playing the most likely thing to happen. Right now stock falling is the most likely thing to happen. you sold some of your stock.

I never sell some of my stock in a company. If the research says sells I sell all. Emotionally it is hard I always want to hang onto some, just in case, but experience has taught me this usually does not work.
There is one case where i do not sell All. I set limits on what percent of my portfolio certain types of stock can be. Even if stock is skyrocketing and all research looks good I will sell to stay in that limit. It hurts but long term it has prevented large loses. I scan and do it every 3 months. Only takes a minute or two because usually it is only 0-2 stocks that need looking at.
If you let size of loses or gains influence your sell buy decision you will never do well. It will hurt to take the big loss but if it is right thing to do DO IT. JMO but this stock could drop below AU $4.00 if results are what I think in SAR AR and the next 3 Q reports. Recoveries are slow It took Amazon 9 years to return to it's 2000 MC. Most banking stocks have not reached their 2008 Market cap. People will tell you that the merger of BoA and Merril was a good thing but the market cap of BoA is still well below what their combined MC was in 2008.

JARE had NC removed just by refusing to lend him more money. AL came in and did a great Job of preventing BK. She has failed at building a strong management team to take the company. the next step to 2 B in sales. Her move to MAL showed she was paying attention to what was important, it also showed she wanted to run everything important herself. I still believe it was a great move. The most glairing example of this is Pol, he is her number two and comes out of a sales and marketing back ground. He is now managing Marketing. Sales. Manufacturing. Engineering. This might work f he had strong people reporting to him with great skills in each area, I don't see it. I am all for the diversity that Lynas has and it is a good thing. What upsets me is we always hear plenty on diversity. why is AL telling us about this and not a VP of personnel.. I am saying diversity seem to be out of balance with flushing out the executive team skills and the layer below them. To me that is the most important thing a CEO can do. they cannot do it all they have to build a team.

Just a little quick test to make people think I do not need to know answers. Without looking it up. Who are key people for Manufacturing, Personal and Engineering? Now go to Lynas website and look it up, https://lynasrareearths.com/about-us/our-leadership-team/. Do you know answers now? There are 8 people listed at VPs reporting to AL look at what they do and more important what is not listed.

Why do we only hear about people and how good they were after they die or leave the company?
