I have to agree the unions will kill this project like so many others we could have had under the guise they need to earn more than anyone else for the least amount of work . I say it's out in the ocean so let in overseas labour and keep the unions out. I would like to see them barge onto an international building site out at sea. Maybe the sharks can some extra delicacies. I know that this is truly why so many projects dong go anywhere for international investors because of cost blow outs caused by greedy unionists.
