Over the last 3 weeks or so the SP has declined nearly 50cents.
One of the reasons appears to be that someone is shorting this stock on a daily basis.
Just have a look at this link, it gives details of all the Companies whose shares are being shorted and the number of shares involved. The trouble with ORE is that there is not much liquidity and that makes it easy for shorting to take place.
