Did you read the whole thing Josh? The bit about how they couldn't have anyone on site to
oversee production, how they had to wait for samples to be sent here to be signed off for quality?
Their words, "to ensure the highest possible quality". Quality control issues causing delays I reckon,
but whatever. The reason as a shareholder I am concerned with the build quality is, although I love
the functionality of the boosts, I know of five pairs and none have lasted more than 12 months.
So I bought 2 sets initially, both replaced under warranty (great service for the consumer of their
product), 2 sets paid for, 4 sets supplied, my replacement set developed the same problem my first
set had. A friend bought a pair, he ended up with 1 set paid for, 3 sets supplied. That's a hard way
to make a profit. I hope they have really nailed it with this model, time will tell.
