MEP's 8 February announcement of distribution of Demetallica shares to MEP holders says:
Demetallica expects to lodge a Prospectus with ASIC in early March with a view to its initial public offer in April and is actively readying its work plans for initiation immediately after the proposed listing.
AW & team usually hit their marks, so expect the Prospectus VERY SOON!
The Prospectus will lay out DRM's plans ahead of the all-important capital raise. Students of the stock have already assembled a view from various MEP announcements - this will provide a consolidated and coherent explanation and hopefully more detail.
We know DRM has a big drilling program immediately ahead, some self-funded, some by JV partners.
I cant wait to see Dash in his Founding Shareholder velvet robes.
