The BoD has modest expectations of founding shareholder subscription to the SPP - seeking $2.5m, the rest from the wider market.

If Dash has a rush of blood and bids for more than $2.5m:

Under the Priority Offer, the Company is making available to Eligible Shareholders up to 10 million Shares by completing the Priority Application Form that will be provided to each Eligible Shareholder. Application received in excess of this amount will be considered in the General Offer.

Turning to the ADN/DMR split. Companies usually announce the proportion of value attributable to each part so holders can recalculate their cost and CGT base. I haven't seen this document for this demerger. It may not come until after DMR is listed. If any one has seen this, please share.

DMR hits the ASX in the week commencing 16 May. We will soon find out what Mr Market values the business at.

What’s your take on AIC Mine life? Have been reading their updates and they are progressing nicely along with SP.

I will put my order/ pay for DRM shares today…… been avoiding looking at my “piddly” holding post 20:1 spin out, lol.

Anyone spoken to Woskett on how CR going? @Holdmybeer?
