DEP/DOX Licence timing

The phase 2 DEP/DOX must be ticking along now with a fair group of patients already under treatment and more getting brought on board in new centres. It has been going long enough now to have some early results and data starting to show some trends, Starpharma would want I think to progress from phase 2 straight into phase 3 same as they did at end of phase 1, if that is correct surely they must be in discussions with potential partners to take up the licence after all I think I read world sales of DOX are around $7billion across all suppliers if Starpharma's is going to be so far ahead of anything on the market with their new drug they must be able to bring in potential licensees early, when will phase 2 complete ?? don't know but they will have a deal done long before that imo.
