A hangover of very ordinary management they really need some new heads as the last CEO was over paid and not only under delivered on most fronts but gas lit share holders to the point we are now no confidence in the company. Luckily they have some very good prospective ground in a country that has many challenges so they need experience and who can walk the talk. Hopefully the consolidation will not be another bullshit gilded dilution cycle and they start to return some value to the share holders. Not sure where that Steven Wetherall clown has gone but it will be a while before they can repair the damage, he has delivered a bottom draw sleeper for now!
