1 egg
4 tablespoons of Cocoa
7 tablespoons of stevia
Half a cup of light milk
200 grams almond meal.
Pinch of baking powder.
Mix everything with a fork,
Bake at 180 degrees for 50 to 55mins.
Must be refrigerated overnight and eat it cold.
If you want a larger cake, just double the ingredients and cook a bit longer.
If you want a fancy cake melt dark no added sugar chocolate in the microwave and pour over cake.
Enjoy a guilt free cake, if you don't like it i will eat my hat!!
Remember this is a diet cake, donot sneak in chocolate buttons like Pica does, sorry Pica.
