but from what my mate said DRC want locals on boards
(like NWA) to have people in DRC benefit and so they can get experience and develop a DRC based mining companies so the people of drc can actually benefit plus some of the majors signed before democratic elections and got concessions through bribes with having to pay minimal royalties now they it seems are getting reamed for there unethical behaviour, NWA after speaking to company none of there concessions are being reviewed.
