    In theory directors should be fully disclosed, but in my experience this is often not the case. The classic case that illustrates this, is director of BMO (James Wall) releasing good news, then offloading a significant no. of shares, then releasing some less than positive news a short time later re an equity raising. This happens all too much, and if you think that you are playing on a level playing field , then IMHO you are sadly mistaken

    I will repeat. We looked into it and there WAS a statistical relationship betweem two or more directors buying within a reasonably short space of time, and the sp going up. This applies to all companies, not specifically HAV.

    As investing in the share market is no more than sophisticated gambling, I would follow the statistics, and buy when two or more dierectors bought,(that is assuming that you wanted to buy that stock in the first place) and sell when two or more directors sold
