    Time to vote people, I want to make sure I've got this right.
    If the price gets to 1 cent he has to fork out $600k to own $1.2mil worth of TSV shares.
    If the price gets to 2.2 cents (my buy price) his $600k is worth $2.64mil a profit of $2.04mil.
    Please correct me if I'm wrong, at the moment I'll be voting NO.
