He is not down serious dollars as you say - go look at the large number of shares he is already holding and options.
He is a director or beneficiary of some 6 Million ordinary shares and 7 Million Director Options - WTF would he be interested in another 200K shares.
His purchase was an act of stabilisation only.
Go read the report Change of Directors Interest Notice dated 8th May 2007.
