It is a good question and not an easy one to answer but I'll give it a try.

Ask any day trader or swing trader and if they were honest, it is challenging to pick the top or bottom. I have friends that doubled their money early on with SFR and others that sent on to become multi-millionaires by sitting tight to this day and waiting for it to appreciate to its true value. This topic has been raised a few times by traders (and I assume you are one from your posting history) so I would love to have this conversation in another 6-18 months and we will all be able to calculate exactly who would have been better off either trading or sitting tight and accumulating :-}
