Not actually the director that sold, it was a family company that the director is also a principal of.
The family co holds shares for the director's parents, brothers etc who invested in the "startup"
One of the brothers has now gone his own way & the sell down was to cash him out (still more shares to go)of the family co.
Many believe that DFT will be far better off now that this guy has departed.
