Yes the Chairman's letter is about as beige and self interest as you can get ,it is the sense of entitlement that gets me annoyed , what have they actually done to deserve the existing remuneration with out the increase . They have tied their rewards into the success of AZZ. As share holders, we have entrusted the board with our money and the rewards on what they are saying about wealth creation ,if the S/P was sitting at a $0.70.+ you could accept the non information and the apparent lack of engagement of the board to shareholders , that is unless you are part of the AZZ Cheer squad .. Lets not also go down the path of blaming the GFC etc every other company like AUT went thru the same ..
