all of this sounds great but what does everyone want to achieve by holding an EGM? My understanding is that the EGM requires specific resolutions to be voted upon by shareholders. I am unsure as to how specific resolutions could be drafted to answer the questions being asked. Should an EGM be called by shareholders it will no doubt attract media attention which almost certainly will be negative and will this be beneficial to the share price; I think not. The media attention may also scare of any potential investor that is considering injecting capital which is desperately required.
