Directors skin in the game, page-5

No Directors or any of their Associates intend to participate in the Offer. Why not?? When you consider that the total value of the shares, at 5c, held by Johnathon Murray, Darren Townsend and David Hammond, is only 13.59% of their current remuneration in the year to date, would indicate they don't care too much about holding shares and hence are not participating in the Offer. That means all the other shareholders are expected to stump up for the approx. $4 million for the placement. Can anyone find out what is the breakdown of shares held by share holders, and who are the holders of the top twenty shares. I would like to know before I commit to adding to my holding. I have never sold any of shares in Peak Resources but there appears to be some weird anomalies with this raising as well as the current low rare earth prices as Rameez illustrated. Merv.
