Link discussing circular trading below. Could that be tied in with what we have seen with those JPM holder notices?

The last 3 days for which we have ASIC data is the 3 days from when Clinuvel announced the share buyback. Just in those 3 days open shorts increased by 250000 or 0.5% - many companies do not even have 0.5% shorting and this happened to CUV in just 3 days bringing the total to 5.42%. Shorting is fake liquidity on the Sell side, it is not real holders selling shares in a transparent market to be matched by buyers with forces then working out a fair price. With large liquid companies it may have a place, but with small and less liquid companies it easily distorts the market as has been the case with CUV for about 5 years now. Does anyone believe the CUV share price would not but much higher today without 250000 new open short positions sold into the market as fake Sell liquidity in just 3 days? This on the back of massive news about Clinuvel buying back 1.5 Million real shares (out of just 50 Million shares total)! And not to forget they are running a Phase 3 in a blockbuster indication right now. Buyers came in on the buyback news and price increases were prevented by fake liquidity provided by the institution who has a massive interest in holding the CUV price down due to their large short exposure IMO. Without that of course the price would be much higher, therefore it follows the market is artificial and has been manipulated - and this is 3 days and it has gone on for 5 years!

At Polynovo the super chairman led his own personal mini-share buyback when the price was extremely low (~$1) and that was a signal to me to buy - shorting is now much reduced there and the share price is over 100% higher. Clinuvel has much more ammunition than this and are also in a much stronger profitably and cash position than PNV while being very undervalued to begin with. I think the signal is clear here as outlined by the company in the recent newsletter below (underline is mine)

"We have chosen the moment of a repurchase as first clinical results for 2024 are published, and we will
    keep at it
until those who gamble against the Company have understood the message. Given the
expected future cash flows, we are in the position to prolong the program when required"
