Greko, in my opinion the entire blame for the funding announcement lies firmly at PDY managements feet and Mr Barnett undoubtably knows Mr Stokes as he was a senior government employee. Was he not prosecuted and found guilty of corruption (or something similar) in his capacity as a senior government employee?
