During this quarter, ELM received an EOI from a construction company to BOOM all of the infrastructure
items listed above. This could potentially reduce the combined Kola Phase 1 and Phase 2 project capex
requirements by more than US$300m. A site visit is scheduled prior to further discussions and the
outcome of these negotiations and discussions with other partners will be incorporated into the relevant
studies.
