Disgraceful

Friday before Christmas news release. Disgraceful.

What's more disgraceful is that this company has failed to deliver. Failed completely. Their response to the FDA's PCH was going to be thorough and rigorous, even if that meant it would take more time and money. It would serve the long-term strategy of moving on both HD and AD, in Europe and the USA. Well, that's a total failure. Total.

At this point, I wouldn't trust the management with a single dime of what's left in the bank. They've proven themselves incompetent. If they had any honor, they'd all just resign now, including the board. Destroying shareholder value doesn't take any special talent or skill, and so far, that's all this team has accomplished, year after year.

Honor? They have the look of politicians playing the oldest game in the PR playbook, the Friday Afternoon News Release. The Friday before Christmas? Now they just look like cowards.

After years of believing in this company, it's clear they are a complete failure with no hope of turning it around.

Disgraceful.
