    Its not proven to me until there is a plant running it in production mode. Your '3 year' time frame means someone would need to sign the deal for it today.

    NMT have another plant that they plan to have running in 3 years, and they aren't even going to use ELi for it. New processes take much longer to roll out that you have allowed for.
