My short answer to that is that we need people (skeptics) like your friend to sell some of our shares to after the SP passes 15c or so and they finally realise that what we were talking about all those months before had some substance.
My slightly longer answer:
1. The company does not 'spin'. In fact, quite the contrary.
2. I don't know what Oraline 8 will sell for but my understanding is that the cost base is not much greater than that for Oraline iv (which is price competitive) so there would be heaps of pricing flexibility here. Can't see that as a problem
3. SBN has plenty of saliva device competitors - some with much bigger labs than SBL - and none of them have been able to emulate Dr Sun's technology. So can't see how the Mexicans and Chinese are going to be able to do that.
