It depends on the leverage Zoono has, which I don't think is any, except maybe exclusivity. Ask yourself a question of what Zoono can do if the counterparty does not order the minimum. Probably nothing as Zoono would still like to keep their future business. If it was a gas supply contract, gas could be cut off with consequences of people freezing or manufacturing stopping. In Zoono case there is no leverage.
