Im personally buying on close today.
MOU is just that, means very little correct, but does provide the market with a little hope.

For that reason, whether MOU is legit or not is not my concern at present, and gives the SP up to 90 days to continue volatility, im in for the volatility.

Its high risk, but love buying on the 3rd day at close, with pending finance in toe, has served me well may times.
