i can assure i dont have a mullet, drive an HQ, take drugs or live in caboolture,but i do agree the idiot owners do need to be educated and checked on regulay if they dont comply then the dog is taken away from them.

our pitty was neglected and abused by some idiot but my partner nursed her back to health and is the most loyal,good natured dog you will ever meet,these days she is more of a house dog as she is at the end of her life.
