It 'appears' to be good value..BUT...
It is biotech and the recent capital raising probably didnt help.
The fact that a director bought after the capital raising at (from memory) around 48.5 cents didnt send the right message imo.
Still a few goals to kick here however 'appears' one of the better ones.
Might look closer 'if' it goes sub 45 cents.
