Does anyone serious think Trump will stand?

sure he might win an appeal in the SCOTUS but won't this trigger yet more appeals?

I think Trump thinks he can outthink them and with his pet judges on the panel (should they not recuse themselves) surely he can beat them.

he has 3 judges "in his pocket" but what if one is has as much integrity as Pence. it would only take one to break Trump's grip.
