Are you really that dumb? So you think the government would actually penalise a private business for NOT lending to someone who has no ability to repay it? Sure they can lend on assets alone but in australia we call that predatory lending, and when it cant be payed off we go crying to TodayTonight or ACA. Lending is a mathematical problem, not a legal right.
